Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you get the best rest of your life with your Sleepy Sleeve! If you'd like to return your order, please see below our return policy. 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) business days of purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all tags and labels attached. 

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return and Item, please email hello@sleepysleeves.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, please place the item as you received it in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Please mail it to the following address:

Please note that you'll be responsible for all shipping charges. We highly recommend that you use a trackable method for your return. 

 

REFUNDS

After receiving the Sleepy Sleeve and checking its condition, we will begin the process of your return or exchange. Please allow fourteen (14) from receipt of the item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you once the return or exchange has been processed. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please contact us at hello@sleepysleeves.com for any damaged or defective items. We will arrange the exchange or refund accordingly.
